Educator Membership Application
DOCUMENTATION
To complete this form you'll need to submit an electronic copy of:
- Copy of school ID
or - Verification letter from your employer
- Homeschool families must provide a photo ID and a copy of their current Declaration of Intent to Provide Home-Based Instruction
- If your documentation does not include a photo, a copy of a photo ID is required
- Acceptable file types include: .jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .doc, or .bmp
Eligibility Requirements
EDUCATOR STATUS
MoPOP’s Educator Memberships are available to current K-12, college, and university instructors in accredited public, private, home, parochial, or charter schools.
RESIDENCE
Eligible educators must reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or British Columbia.
PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT
Proof of employment is required at the time of application and for each renewal year. Documentation may include: 1) Copy of school ID, or 2) Verification letter from your employer. If your documentation does not include a photo, a copy of a photo ID is also required. Homeschool families must provide a photo ID and a copy of your current Declaration of Intent to Provide Home-Based Instruction.
MoPOP reserves the right to deny educator membership applications that do not meet the above eligibility requirements.
Approval and processing
Please allow 3 weeks for processing. Following approval of your application, MoPOP staff will provide information on how to purchase your membership.
