WATCH: 9-Year-Old Drummer Nandi Bushell Channels Dave Grohl in Nirvana Cover

Dave Grohl Nirvana

If you spent time in the pop culture corner of the internet throughout the past week, chances are you came across a version of the following video featuring 9-year-old Nandi Bushell, who absolutely crushed a cover of Nirvana's 1991 release 'In Bloom.'

The talented and aspiring musician can be seen enthusiastically channeling her inner Dave Grohl, stating she recently discovered the former Nirvana drummer also has ties to Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, and Tenacious D playing alongside Jack Black, calling Black's 2003 musical comedy School of Rock "the best film in the world."

"I can jam to Nirvana In Bloom all day! I LOVE NIRVANA," Bushell tweeted.

Bushell has been on the rise in the rock world of late, meeting the likes of Lenny Kravitz and Questlove and starring in a 2019 holiday ad. She started showcasing her talent online at age six and in 2017 even shared a cover of Nirvana's hit 'Smells Like Teen Spirit.'

Nandi, if you're ever in Seattle, we have an invite to our Nirvana exhibit with your name on it. Until then, keep on rockin'.
